FIREARMS SALES CANADA: A valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. Expect a duty fee of about $250 to cross the border. If item has been purchased and bidder is unable import lots, the item or items will be sold at our next auction. Original buyer will be charged a commission on the resale.
BUYERS PREMIUM & TAXES: All items purchased online through ICollector are subject to a 4% surcharge. In addition, all purchases will be charged a 15% buyers premium. There will be a 3% insurance charge on all guns. Taxes in Canada are listed in 'Payment Instructions'. There will be a $10 shipping charge per item on shipped items. Item(s) purchased and shipped outside of Canada are not subject to taxes, however you may be responsible for customs or duty charges.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final, however, we do warranty the guns we sell will function or we will repair at our cost. 30 day maximum warranty. While we improve the quality transparency through GUNCHECKTM and CYCLECHECKTM, all merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor not withstanding our functionality warranty.
