That would make the weapon useless to anyone who stole it, as no other cartridge could be loaded.[10]It was used by prison guards and police in Egypt, Burma, India, and Australia. Over 60,000 had been produced by the time production ended in the 1960s. It was still in use by the Zambia Police in the 1970s.
