Government model. Numbers of Colt M1911s were used by the Royal Navy as sidearms during World War I in .455 Webley Automatic caliber. Despite the barrel stamp saying 455 and the magazine stamp saying 455 Eley, we test fired using 45 ACP. Only holster wear. No rust. Some finish tarnish. Grips in very good condition. Action is tight. FIREARMS SALES CANADA: A valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted.
