Yes, restricted. 9 mm. 4 1/4" barrel. Ser. #9719. Made in 1938. In excellent condition. No rust. Some checkering flattening. All numbers match except the mag.

FIREARMS SALES CANADA: A valid P.A.L. is required to purchase firearms in Canada. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. Expect a duty fee of about $250 to cross the border.
