Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased for Canadians except firearms classified as antique and non-restricted. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on sale day. U.S. Bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases. Expect a duty fee of about $250 to cross the border.
